Our chefs prepare fresh meals daily, consisting of plenty of fruit, vegetables, grains, and dairy products. A structured daily routine with clear rhythms, as well as space for relaxation and rest, are essential for well-being. We playfully alternate between tension and relaxation, giving the children time to feel themselves and unwind. Our children’s sauna<\/strong> is especially popular, where the children not only strengthen their immune systems but also learn to consciously disconnect and relax. <\/p>\n\n \n<\/div>\n\n\n\t<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n \n<\/div>\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n \n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Growing Healthy Together<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

With the Kneipp philosophy, we aim to introduce children to a healthy lifestyle and also instill values such as mindfulness, respect for nature, and responsibility for oneself. To keep Kneipp alive within our houses, our educators regularly participate in training courses and further education through the German Kneipp Association. Every week, we carry out a special Kneipp activity with the children that enriches their daily life and allows them to experience Kneipp\u2019s principles in a playful way. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We look forward to walking this holistic path together with you and your children, making the Kneipp philosophy tangible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
